Notations for testing at 4 meters (13 ft.). 20/50 letter size. Detects subtle effects of defocus, low luminance and glare. Log CS increases 0.25 steps per row (0.05 Log CS per Letter).

For testing at 4 meters (13 ft.). Acuity range 25m to 2m (20/160, 6/48 to 20/10, 6/3 equiv.). Two smaller groups 5m to 2m for repetitive testing (20/40, 6/12 to 20/10, 6/3 equiv.).
