This near vision chart is similar to the popular Cat. No. 2106 near point card except it is featured at a 90 degree angle. Instead of the Sloan optotypes reading from top to bottom, this design shows them left to right. This near vision chart uses the same calibrated Sloan optotypes and ETDRS formats only with a unique orientation.
