Description
By using only one optotype, the E, this vision test has multiple and unique uses that other vision tests may not be able to achieve. The Tumbling E vision tests provide a way to test patients that are not familiar with the Roman alphabet. Patients simply have to gesture the direction that they see the E facing. The Tumbling E test is also helpful for patients that are mute or illiterate.
