Reduced version of charts 1 and 2 of the 2000 series revised ETDRS charts.
This chart features a horizontal design and includes two different ETDRS format charts. The use of two separate charts for testing is helpful for repetitive testing without memorization. Each chart features an ETDRS format with calibrated optotypes and lines for equal testing.
