What we look for
People who care about getting it right the first time. People who can hold a chart in their hands and notice if it isn't quite straight. People who want to understand the why before they execute the what. Mechanical aptitude for production roles. Optical or quality systems background for engineering roles. Customer service mindset for support roles.
How we work
Manufacturing roles are based at our Woodstock facility. We don't outsource production, calibration, packaging, or shipping. The team that builds the equipment also handles QA and ships every order. Customer support, sales, and operations are all in the same building.
Office hours are standard (Mon-Fri, 8 AM-5 PM CT). Some roles include occasional travel for site audits, training, or trade shows. Manufacturing floor roles are on-site by nature.
