Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of precision-vision.com and your purchase of products from Precision Vision Inc. ("Precision Vision," "we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these Terms.

Orders & acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including in the event of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or export control issues.

Pricing & payment

Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted. We accept major credit cards. PO ordering is supported for established institutional accounts. Sales tax applies where required. Volume discounts and academic pricing are auto-applied to qualifying orders.

Shipping & delivery

Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. Standard ground delivery in the continental US is 3–5 business days from order confirmation. International shipping is available at checkout; customer is responsible for applicable duties and import taxes.

Risk of loss transfers to the buyer at the time of carrier pickup. We recommend insured shipping for high-value or fragile items.

Returns

Unopened, undamaged inventory in original packaging is returnable within 30 days of receipt for a full refund minus return shipping. Custom orders, calibrated instruments, and consumables are non-returnable once delivered.

Warranty & liability

Manufacturing defects are covered under our standard warranty for a period of one year from purchase. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including loss of revenue, loss of trial data, or replacement costs.

Intellectual property

All site content, product designs, methodology documents, and trademarks are the property of Precision Vision Inc. or our licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

Counterfeit equipment can be reported to info@precision-vision.com.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in McHenry County, Illinois.
