CASE STUDY · MULTI-SITE INVESTIGATOR ROLLOUT

189 investigators, 47 sites, 16 weeks to full certification.

A Phase III geographic atrophy program required ETDRS-certified investigators across 47 sites in 14 countries. PV delivered initial certification, scheduled annual recerts, and ran remote QA monitoring through database lock — catching three drift events before any reached the endpoint dataset.
