In-stock items ship within 1–2 business days from our Woodstock, IL facility. Standard ground delivery in the continental US is 3–5 business days. Expedited and international options available at checkout. Bulk orders for multi-site practices are typically prepared within five business days from order confirmation.
Yes. PO ordering is supported for established institutional accounts. New accounts can apply during the Request a Quote process — we'll set up terms before your first order ships.
Unopened, undamaged inventory in original packaging is returnable within 30 days of receipt for a full refund minus return shipping. Custom orders, calibrated instruments, and consumables are non-returnable once delivered. Defects are covered under a separate warranty path.
Yes. Practice bundles are pre-configured for common exam-room setups (general eye-care, low vision, pediatric). Volume pricing is automatic on qualifying orders.
Calibration depends on the instrument. Illumination systems should be checked quarterly with our calibration card and serviced annually. Standard charts under proper handling have multi-year service life; clinical-trial charts are typically replaced per study protocol.
End-to-end: equipment, calibration, investigator certification, ongoing QA monitoring, and reporting. We've supported trials across 47+ sites with documented coefficient of variation analysis available on request.
Certificate of Conformance per batch, ISO 13485:2016 certificate, FDA establishment registration, peer-reviewed validation publications, and methodology white papers. Standard turnaround is five business days.
Yes. Standardized ETDRS protocol training with formal certification. Includes recertification cadence and remote quality monitoring throughout the trial.
