The European Wide Series ETDRS® chart family — Chart 1, Chart 2, Chart 3, or the full Set of 3 — using European-wide optotypes in the standard ETDRS Logarithmic format across four testing distances (2 m, 2.5 m, 3 m, 4 m).

Designed to fit the 2425 / 2425 LED Large ETDRS® Illuminator Cabinets. A separate scrambled-form variant of Chart 1 is available as its own product.
