HOTV Series ETDRS®

The HOTV Series ETDRS® chart family — Chart 1, Chart 2, Chart 3, or the full Set of 3 — using the four-letter HOTV optotype set across the four standard ETDRS testing distances (2 m, 2.5 m, 3 m, 4 m).

HOTV charts use only the letters H, O, T, V — letters that are easy to match with a key card, making them ideal for young children, non-readers, and developmentally delayed patients. Use Charts 1, 2, and 3 as alternate-form charts to eliminate learning effects.

Designed to fit the 2425 / 2425 LED Large ETDRS® Illuminator Cabinets. A scrambled-format variant of Chart 1 is available as a separate product for advanced repeat-measurement protocols.
