Individual Replacement Teller Acuity Cards®

Individual Teller Acuity Cards®(TAC) replacement cards are now available to customers who have previously purchased a full or half set. In order to proceed to checkout, a photo of your damaged card must be uploaded.
The Teller Acuity Cards®(TAC) are a test of grating acuity for infants, pediatric, young children, and individuals with disabilities utilizing a preferential looking technique. This test has extensive evidence based on normative and clinical studies that provide a strong foundation for TAC applications in ophthalmology, optometry, and developmental practice. The test is cited more often than any similar product compiled by The National Library of Medicine.

The full set consists of all sixteen cards, each of which has an approximately 4-mm diameter peephole at the center and includes a Blank and gratings from .23 to 26.0 cycles/cm and the half set includes 8 cards ranging from .23 to 26.0 cycles/cm.
